Cottage Horáreň na Váhu is a guesthouse for a larger group of people or an extended family. The capacity of 18 beds is an ideal facility for a very comfortable and spacious meeting for a weekend, celebration or summer or winter vacation. It is located in a secluded area in a quiet and picturesque forest environment, just a short distance from the distinctive village of Liptovská Teplička. It is situated on a spacious, separate plot of land with no close neighbors - the nearest ski resort is SKI TEPLIČKA, 1.2 km away.

The cottage is located right in the heart of the Low Tatras National Park, and is accessible by a year-round maintained road. Here you will find only yourself and nature - peace, quiet and clean air.

The surroundings offer excellent conditions for hiking, rides on marked trails or cycling in all directions. The country is well-preserved, with a minimum of tourists, without disturbing elements such as parking lots or crowds. Popular excursion destinations include Kráľová hoľa, Andrejcová or the Čierny Váh reservoir.
Liptovská Teplička itself is a Slovak gem with unique monuments of world importance.

Horáreň na Váhu offers plenty of space both indoors and outdoors.
With an interior area of ​​320 m2, it provides comfortable facilities for up to 18 people. An ideal place to relax, spend time with family or friends, have dinner or play board games.

The interior retains the original masonry from more than 130 years ago. The interior furnishings – from windows and doors to furniture – are made of high-quality solid wood. The character of the building is completed by a wooden floor with a decorative concrete slope, which underlines its authentic appearance.

The dominant feature of the interior is a massive staircase with a solid structure made of raw iron.
Each room offers comfortable beds made of solid wood with high-quality orthopedic mattresses, a private bathroom with a shower and plenty of space for relaxation. Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a gas stove, oven and classic wood-burning stove. The equipment also includes wood for heating and cooking, a grill and a 20-liter pot for goulash.

The price of the stay includes everything you need for your comfort - except for food and drinks.

ECO approach and energy from the sun
Horáreň na Váhu is independent of conventional energy sources - we use our own photovoltaic system for electricity production with a solar output of approximately 4 kW and energy storage in Li-Ion batteries with a capacity of 40 kWh.
The normal operation of the household is comfortable, but we prefer energy-saving solutions - for example, traditional methods of cooking, heating or hygiene.

Winter holidays in Teplička
There are two ski resorts in the vicinity of the village. The larger ski resort SKI SMŘEČINY, suitable for more demanding skiers, and the smaller, family ski resort SKI TEPLIČKA, which offers groomed slopes, a cross-country ski trail, a children's lift and a buffet with a varied menu. Both resorts boast high-quality snow, well-groomed slopes and instructors available throughout the winter.
